We understand that seeking treatment—especially after an injury—comes with many questions. Below are answers to the most common inquiries we receive from new and returning patients. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, feel free to contact our team directly.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No. You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment—no referral is required. However, if your treatment is related to a personal injury claim or workers’ compensation case, we may coordinate with your referring physician, case manager, or attorney.

Each treatment plan is customized to your individual diagnosis and goals.
Do you treat patients after car accidents or work-related injuries?
Yes. We frequently care for patients recovering from auto accidents, slip and fall injuries, and workplace incidents. We also work with attorneys, insurance providers, and case managers to ensure proper documentation and coordination of care.
Will I receive treatment on my first visit?
In most cases, yes—if it is clinically appropriate. After a full evaluation, we will explain your diagnosis and recommend a treatment plan. If no imaging or further testing is required before starting care, treatment may begin during the same visit.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept a variety of health insurance plans, workers’ compensation, and personal injury claims. We also work on attorney liens and offer self-pay options for uninsured patients.
If you’d like us to verify your coverage before your appointment, call our office and we’ll be happy to help.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your condition, and how your body responds to care. After your evaluation, your provider will outline a treatment plan with clear goals and expected timelines.
What is interventional pain management?
Interventional pain management refers to minimally invasive, image-guided procedures—such as joint injections, nerve blocks, or radiofrequency ablation—that target the source of pain. These techniques are especially useful for patients with spine-related or nerve pain that has not responded to conservative care.
Are your procedures covered by insurance?
Many of our services, including diagnostic testing and injections, are covered by insurance when deemed medically necessary. Coverage depends on your specific plan. We are happy to discuss your benefits before treatment begins.
