Targeted Pain Relief Without Surgery

Injection therapy offers a powerful, minimally invasive solution for managing pain, reducing inflammation, and improving joint or nerve function. At ArchCity Injury Clinic, we provide a full range of image-guided injections to help patients recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and avoid unnecessary surgical intervention.

Each injection is carefully selected and delivered based on your diagnosis, physical exam, and imaging findings—ensuring safe, effective results that support your long-term recovery.

Injection Treatments We Offer

Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI)

Used to treat inflammation around spinal nerves, particularly in the cervical and lumbar spine. ESIs are effective for relieving symptoms of:
These injections can provide weeks to months of pain relief, enabling patients to continue physical therapy and return to normal activity.

Facet Joint Injections

Facet joints are small joints along the spine that can become inflamed due to injury, arthritis, or repetitive stress. These injections deliver a combination of steroid and anesthetic directly into the joint to reduce pain during movement or prolonged standing.

Medial Branch Blocks (MBB)

These diagnostic injections are used to confirm whether the facet joints are the source of pain. If pain is significantly relieved after MBB, the patient may be a candidate for radiofrequency ablation (RFA), a longer-lasting solution.

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

RFA is performed following successful MBBs. It uses heat to interrupt pain signals from specific sensory nerves in the spine. Relief can last 6 to 12 months and sometimes longer.

Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Injections

The SI joints, where the spine connects to the pelvis, are a common source of low back and pelvic pain. Steroid injections into the SI joint can relieve inflammation and help restore mobility and function.

Selective Nerve Root Blocks (SNRB)

SNRBs are used to identify or treat inflamed spinal nerves causing shooting pain, numbness, or tingling. Commonly used in cases of:

Genicular Nerve Blocks & Knee RFA

For patients with chronic knee pain due to arthritis or post-surgical complications, genicular nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation provide effective relief without joint replacement surgery.

Joint Injections (Spine or Extremities)

We offer corticosteroid or regenerative joint injections for a range of joints, including:
These injections reduce inflammation, improve joint mobility, and support a return to activity.

Greater Occipital Nerve Block (GONB)

A GONB targets nerves at the base of the skull that are often involved in cervicogenic headaches and migraines. These injections help decrease the frequency and severity of headache symptoms.
